Centers

The role of an esoteric school is to provide its members with opportunities to work on themselves. In our centers we usually meet at least weekly to absorb the teaching and to exchange our experiences with our efforts to be present. Apart from meetings, students receive daily reminders and aids to help them be more present. We offer also other opportunities for students to gather and work together.

Two introductory meetings:

For people interested in knowing more about our practices we offer two introductory meetings. These meetings are free of charge.

These two meetings emphasize how to practice presence together.

The content of the first meeting includes:

• What is presence and why can't we hold it?

• What are the obstacles to live in the present moment?

• How can we support our desire to be present?

• Why is presence important?

• Conditions to experience the higher self.

The second meeting concentrates on methods to prolong presence.
